Villa Marebbe - San Vigilio di Marebbe

This beautiful villa is located in a peaceful and sunny position, just a 5 minutes walk from the village center and is surrounded by the wonderful Dolomites in the heart of Marebbe. In winter the skibus stops right in front of the house and the crosscountry slope is just a short walk away, as is the playground in summer for the kids. Plus there’s a bakery at the house next door. The house (200 sq m) is divided onto two floors. On the groundfloor there are 4 bedrooms, with two beds in each room ( in one room there’s a bunk bed), 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet. On the second floor there is a large and bright living room with a big sofa and TV-SAT, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a „Stube“ tyrolean style, a toilette and two balconies. On request we provide an additional room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The ski depot is located in the basement. The villa has a large garden with a little house where children can play and have fun and a private parking area for 2 - 3 cars.
